Hello! I am currently building a transaxle for my 1986 Chrysler LeBaron GTS. It has a 2.2L turbo fitted with an intercooler, forged pistons, final drive ratio is 2.86. It is the A-413 with 31TH final drive. I wanted to check the price and availability of a converter with better internals than a shelf bought MOPAR part. The converter is 9.5". Features like furnace brazed fins and needle bearings instead of thrust washers. This car is to be street driven, I do not want to change the stall speed much. I am a technician at Sheboygan Chrysler. Any referrals?

Yeah definitely talk to Cliff Ramsdell, he should have some answers for you. He's also a former Chrysler tech.
