Can you put gauge cluster w/o a tach in place of one that does? Is the wiring the same or no? I'm guessing you can swap the two out, the tachless cluster just wouldn't use the tach wire. But I'm not sure.

I've pulled 3 dashes from a 90-91 model daytonas and I have not seen anything that would hint it would not work, if you remember correctly Ma-Mopar put the same harness in many of the same cars, Daytona and Le'Baron were almost the same car between the years 87-93 (LeBaron coupes+Converts)

those Half-moon dashes have 2 plugs that are "hardplugs" and they plug directly into the main dash.

the Cluster itself is what your really asking about, they also have two plugs.. and I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

That's what I thought. I'm converting my 89 Lebaron TBI 5-spd to 92 3.0 5-spd specs, including the interior. I'm using a gauge cluster w/o the tach, and I'm getting the dash and body harness out of a '90 w/ a tach, which is why I was asking.

The wiring is exactly the same.

In fact, I did just the opposite on my 93 Lebaron. I installed a tach cluster where my stock unit didn't have the tach.

It was a direct swap.

Cool, that's what I was hoping. The reason I'm using the tachless cluster is because I plan to use an aftermarket tach mounted on the dash and I figured it would look cleaner not having the factory tach revving along w/ it, or not working at all.

I honestly didn't care about the Tach that much. I just wanted the Oil pressure gauge.
