1983 Ford Ranger 5.0L with AOD
-Fresh Late Model 5.0 - 3000+ Miles since rebuild
-Has mass air conversion so no messing with speed density
-Rare - Fuel-Injected - Full Power Steering - Power Brakes
-AOD 3000+ Miles since rebuild with B&M Ratchet shifter
-Hooker Long Tube Headers
-Full Custom Dual Exhaust, Dynomax Mufflers
-Bronco II gas tank relocated in rear with bed fill point
-New h.d. radiator, new transmission cooler lines
-Remote oil filter kit
-Newer Brakes & Suspension
-New Starter (Jegs high-torque mini-starter)
-Full Tune-up, Ford Racing Wires, Plugs, Cap, etc.
-Runs Strong - very fast
-Ford Escort Bucket Seats
-Rear sliding window also get original rear window
-Many other misc. new parts
-No stereo or speakers
-Hood scoop - hood was cut to allow room for intake
-Grant Steering Wheel
-Sunpro Tachometer
-Original 7.5" rear end with shortened driveshaft
-Extra driveshaft to replace shortened shaft
-Separate ford racing posi unit for rear end
-New Battery
-Strong running truck and does not smoke and rumbles very nicely with the dual exhaust.
-Ran at track last year and went 16.2 not getting on it due to driveshaft and stock v6 rear end. With a different gear and other driveshaft - endless possibilites
-Looks sharp and a ice play toy - not a show truck
Things that would need addressed in the near future: put other driveshaft in, slight tranny leak - most likely pan, weld up the back of the cab and front of the bed - 2 prior owners had cut the cab and bed out and but a big speaked box in it - right now it just has some sheet metal in its place.

Wanting $1650 O.B.O. Want to sell ASAP.
Will trade for a 5 speed T.D. car of equal value in good shape. An omni would be a good one. Not looking for a project either - running driveable street legal car.
