Fastest Iroc R/T in the World (by 1/100th of a second :P )

    http://videos.streetfire.net/video/R...o-3_697109.htm

BTW he stole my filter. Effectively puts my car out of service cause I won't run without a filter.

He has been too lazy to regap his plugs to clear up the 3rd and 4th gear spark blowout that killed his traps.

12.34@111 but 90mph in the 1/8th. I did only 89mph on my 117mph low boost pass.
He also isnt using the TIII head I am porting. I want him to get oversize valves.

When I've experienced it, it feels like a stutter, like a super mild fuel cut.
Gun control is the polar opposite of limp wristed.

Ive had very serious blowout with him in my car when 2100cc's of methanol failed to ignite until it hit the turbine wheel. I thought the engine blew up. Scared the crap out of me and about broke my neck.

He finally gapped down to 0.023. Simonator is using a spark box and using a huge gap but apparently his plug mileage is low.

Skip to 2:15 of my video and you can hear serious spark blowout. This happened WHILE I was WOT. Camera barely missed the fireball.
    http://videos.streetfire.net/video/D...tor_681676.htm

But I was stupid on this day. I already knew the car has blowout problems on a .031 gap plug that I was using and I forgot to regap the new set. But blowout will start happening before you can feel it on the road.
If you make a dyno pull and its choppy, its 99% chance your gap is too big, even if you can't feel it.

Absolute only thing changed between these 2 pulls is the plug gap.
The higher peak number on the choppy graph is pretty useless when compared to an absolutely smooth pull with no breakup. Yes, the latter would obviously be faster.
BTW this type of breakup is impossible to feel on the street. I couldnt feel it on the dyno either. It was just on the verge of blowing out the spark.

its a fwd stage 5, not sure how much tweeking it has. He runs 100% meth through twin 14gph nozzles.

It actually has a very very good a/f curve compared to most fwd cals I have seen. it doesnt pig out rich up top. Not sure if its just because his car likes to breath up there or the cal is different. I think he has his base pressure all the way down to 38.
One thing about the alky is he can kinda cheat to flatten out his a/f curve with the devilsown progressive controller. Let it run lean for the first couple psi then ramp up fuel towards peak boost.

I think at some point he sent some datalogs to cindy to get it fine tuned? But thats not really something I get into. Mail order is not cool with me :P
